June 15th and Beyond
On June 15th, restrictions in California are set to be scaled back and our state's economy will once again be fully open. As such, St. Francis Pet Clinic is working diligently to begin the process to return to our normal operations as well. It has been more than a year since we've been able to see clients inside our clinic, and while we are excited about the prospect of reopening our doors, we also want to ensure we continue to provide the best service and safety for you and your pet(s).
Beginning June 15th, we will relax our policies, however the following protocols will remain:
- Scheduled doctor appointments will be seen in person in an examination room. We will limit the number of clients present during the examination to 1 (one) client.
- Clients dropping pets off for appointments/procedures may come inside to complete all necessary paperwork and discuss the treatment plan with an assistant. The same policy will apply when picking your pet up for the day.
- Technician appointments will continue to be contactless at this time, as we do not have a designated exam room available for clients to wait.
- Clients picking up medications, food, etc will continue to be contactless
- Clients entering the premises will continue to be required to wear a mask at all times. However, when conversing with staff outdoors, masks will not be required.
- We will continue to offer contactless appointments for all clients interested in the service.
Our goal is to ensure continuity of care for all of our valued clients, and we appreciate your understanding while we begin this exciting transition over the next several weeks. We are looking forward to seeing you in person soon!
Sincerely,
St. Francis Pet Clinic Management
