Your First Visit
Let's get started! Begin by calling during our regular business hours to set up your appointment. You will need to fill out our online Client Information Form before your first visit.

Or you can bring it in to your first appointment!
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure our team has adequate time to create your chart and make copies of all paperwork. Be sure to bring your pet's previous vaccination history, medical records and your drivers license, as we will make copies of them when checking you in.
Doctor's appointments are scheduled between:
8am-5pm Monday through Friday
Technician appointments are scheduled between:
9am-4:30pm Monday through Friday
If a member of our staff requests you to bring in a urine or fecal sample based on the reason for their visit please observe the following:
- Urine: Collect a fresh sample (as close to your appointment time as possible) and put it in a clean container. Refrigerate the sample until your appointment.
* You may be asked to not let your pet urinate so we can obtain a sterile sample at the time of your appointment - Fecal: Collect the stool in any clean receptacle immediately after your pet defecates. Refrigerate the sample until your appointment. Make sure the stool is not more than 24 hours old when submitting it.

Drop Off Examinations/Procedures
Thank you for scheduling your pet for a drop-off examination or sedated procedure. After you’ve reviewed a treatment plan with a technician, you will need to fill out our online Medical Estimate Contract.
